Does the GSNC Shop have the Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting Books?
Due to the overwhelming response to the new program books,
the Girls Guide to Girl Scouting books are on back order. As a result The Girls Guide to Girl Scouting
has been removed from the GSNC Online Shop at the present time. Orders can be placed at the Girl Scouts of
Nassau County store in Garden City, NY.
For those individuals who are interested in the Back to
Troop special, this offer is still available. When you purchase your Journey
books, simply place your order and pay for your copy of the Girl's Guide to Girl
Scouting. When your book is available,
you will receive a call notifying you to pick up your book. The Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting and a Journey Book must be paid for at the same time in order for this promotion to be valid. It is recommended that orders placed for the Back to Troop special be placed, in person, at the GSNC shop in Garden City, NY.

Do I have to pay additional shipping costs for a back-ordered item?
We process and ship back-ordered items as soon as they return to stock. You'll be charged for shipping one time, on your initial order.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
- Orders for merchandise purchased through our E-commerce site can be made on-line and payment made in the form of credit cards
- Merchandise can be exchanged in person or by mail within thirty days and must be accompanied by receipt.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Girl Scouts of Nassau County Gift cards and Cookies credits are not accepted for payment in online purchases.
- We are not able to exchange or return discounted merchandise.
